الوصف الوظيفي
- Perform data entry and ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with SOP.
- Ensure the completeness of accounting data and supporting documents before monthly closing.
- Perform account checking and reconciliation to ensure accurate balances and transactions.
- Assist in the monthly closing process and ensure journals are processed on time.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance and accounting reports.
- Perform adjustment, clearing, accrual, and reclassification entries as required.
- Provide accounting support to users and assist with audit requirements and other accounting activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, processes, and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of applicable accounting and tax regulations and policies.
- Experience using accounting systems or ERP is an advantage.
