About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Process all Life Claims / Corporate Solutions (CS) / Pre-Authorisation (PA) claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
• Evaluate and capture all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
• Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
• Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
• Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.

Job Requirements:

• Open to fresh graduates, experienced Medical Claims Assessors, and candidates from laboratory, nursing, or other healthcare-related backgrounds.
• Diploma or Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management, or other relevant qualifications.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to communicate in Cantonese is an added advantage. Pass in SPM Chinese is required.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a desk-based environment and support overtime when required, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to follow the Hong Kong working calendar and business schedule.
