Management Trainee

Structured Development Program for preparing fresh graduate student and young junior profesional with technical and behavior development to achieve career acceleration in PT. Indofood CBP Flexible Packaging Division.

MT participant is asked to complete tasks and challenges given by management which aim to develop the competence of each participant.

• Fresh graduated/Experience with max age is 26 years old
• Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university majoring :
  1. Mechanical Engineering
  2. Mechatronics Engineering
  3. Electrical Engineering (non Telecommunication sub major)
  4. Chemical Engineering
• GPA Min 3.00
• Able to work with team.
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Having good interpersonal skill and leadership skill.
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta, Tangerang, dan Purwakarta.
