PT JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA (Wonoayu)

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and utility operators.
* Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery, building infrastructure, and utility systems (e.g., electrical, water, HVAC, steam).
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and best practices to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
* Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and ensure the availability of critical components.
* Monitor and analyze utility consumption, identify areas for improvement, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
* Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of equipment and systems.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to the maintenance team.
* Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and report on maintenance performance metrics.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to support operational goals and new projects.

Qualification

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and utility supervision, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment (food processing preferred).
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and boiler operations.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
