MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL FOREMAN - GRESIK SITE

1.       Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities of mechanical equipment.

2.       Plan and schedule maintenance tasks and allocate work to mechanical technicians under supervision.

3.       Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.

4.       Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems such as pumps, conveyors, valves, compressors, and gearboxes.

5.       Diagnose mechanical failures and determine appropriate repair methods.

6.       Coordinate with the warehouse/procurement team for spare parts, tools, and material requirements.

7.       Prepare and maintain maintenance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).

8.       Collaborate closely with Electrical, Instrumentation, and Production teams to minimize plant downtime.

9.       Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and supervision to mechanics.

10.   Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives for recurring equipment issues.

1. Education Qualification : Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in mechanical maintenance will be an advantages
3. Technical Knowledge :

• Industrial mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, piping)
  
• Preventive & predictive maintenance
• Perform maintenance and repair of lifting equipment
  
• Alignment, balancing, lubrication systems
  
• Basic welding & fabrication
  
• Reading mechanical drawings & diagrams

1. Able to work in Under Pressure Situation
2. Fluent in English both oral and written, min Pasif
3. Has a good communication & interpersonal skills
4. Willing to be placed in Gresik, Jawa Timur
