职位描述
- Process Delivery Orders through the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational logistics documents, including Delivery Notes and other related documents.
- Coordinate with the Transport & Shipping team to arrange vehicle requirements for delivery activities.
- Monitor and prepare shipment progress reports.
- Perform basic reporting and data analysis to support smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain, geography, and delivery routes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
