Job Description

- Set and monitor production goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Develop and implement strategic production plans to achieve targets. - Oversee major production projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures. - Menetapkan dan memantau tujuan produksi, memastikan keselarasan dengan tujuan bisnis. - Mengembangkan dan menerapkan rencana strategis produksi untuk mencapai target. - Mengawasi proyek produksi utama, memastikan penyelesaian tepat waktu dan sukses. - Menganalisis tren pasar dan mengidentifikasi peluang untuk perbaikan dan inovasi. - Memberikan kepemimpinan dan bimbingan kepada tim produksi, mendorong budaya perbaikan berkelanjutan. - Melakukan tinjauan kinerja, memberikan umpan balik, dan menerapkan rencana pengembangan untuk anggota tim. - Memastikan kepatuhan dengan regulasi industri, standar keselamatan, dan langkah-langkah kontrol kualitas.
