United Tractors SPEED (Sales Professional Excellence through Experiential Development) Apprenticeship Program is competency-based apprenticeship program designed to develop future-ready sales professionals through experiential learning, mentorship, hands-on assignments, and direct exposure to customers, markets, and Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

Job Descriptions:

1. Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify potential customers, market trends, and business opportunities for heavy equipment in the assigned area.
2. Support customer profiling and engagement to understand customers' business operations and potential solutions.
3. Assist in prospecting activities by gathering customer information, exploring potential business needs, and documenting initial opportunities.
4. Compile and maintain customer profiles, market intelligence, potential customer records, and field activity reports to support market analysis and sales opportunity identification.
5. Participate in sales process learning activities to develop a fundamental understanding of customer engagement, product and service offerings, and the company's sales process.
6. Coordinate with relevant internal functions, as needed, to support customer engagement and business proposal preparation.

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree from Engineering.
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00.
3. Strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting, and presentation preparation.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with great adaptability and proactiveness.
5. Willing to conduct extensive field visits and be assigned to designated program locations.
6. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
7. Possession of a valid motorcycle and/or car driving license (SIM A/SIM C).
8. Previous organizational, committee, customer-facing, or commercial project experience is an advantage.
