United Tractors Internship Program provides opportunities for fresh graduates to gain practical experience by working alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to United Tractors' business environment, and apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting while contributing to real business projects at United Tractors.

We are looking for talents to join various functions via our internship program

Magang Kemnaker:

1. Market Surveyor Intern
   1. Assist in conducting field surveys and territory mapping to collect data on equipment populations, customer activities, project locations, and market potential.
   2. Assist in collecting information on potential customers through field observations, interviews, referrals, and relevant data sources.
   3. Help track maret developments, competitor activities, and changes in customer requirements.
   4. Input and verify survey data, customer information, and market findings to keep them accurate and up to date.
   5. Prepare and present survey results and market insights to mentors and the sales team under mentor supervision.
      
2. Operational Excellence Intern
   1. Support operational improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
   2. Assist in collecting and analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
   3. Support process mapping, documentation, and monitoring of operational processes.
   4. Participate in continuous improvement projects and help implement improvement initiatives.
   5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for operational excellence activities.
3. Corporate Legal Intern
   1. Assist in conducting legal research and gathering information on relevant laws, regulations, and corporate legal matters.
   2. Support the preparation, review, and administration of legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other corporate legal records.
   3. Assist in identifying potential legal and regulatory risks and preparing supporting materials for further review by the legal team.
   4. Support coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding legal documentation and administrative matters.
   5. Assist with corporate secretarial activities, regulatory compliance documentation, and other legal projects as assigned.
      
4. Multimedia & Communication Intern
   1. Assist in creating communication and branding contents such as newsletters, posters, videos, and social media materials.
      
   2. Develop visual designs, infographics, and multimedia content in accordance with United Tractors guidelines.
      
   3. Document company event through photos and videos
   4. Support the management of social media or internal communication platforms
   5. Collaborate with teams to support campaign, event promotions, or branding initiatives
   6. Provide creative ideas for storytelling and communication strategies.

Internship Period:

• Batch 3: November 2026 - April 2027 (Open Recruitment on 27 October - 1 November 2026)

Placement will be aligned with the candidate's educational background, skills, interests, and current business needs.

1. Fresh graduate (maximum 1 year from graduation) from Indonesia's universities.
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Legal, Design, or other fields.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
5. Strong interest in heavy equipment, mining, construction, energy, and related industries.
   
6. Good interpersonal skills, with strong learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Active involvement in organizations, projects, competitions, internships, or community initiatives is an advantage.
   
8. Willing to commit to the agreed internship period and comply with internship policies and requirements.
9. Willing to fully WFO and be placed according to business requirements.
