United Tractors Internship Program provides opportunities for active university students to gain practical experience by working alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to United Tractors' business environment, and apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting while contributing to real business projects at United Tractors.

We are looking for talents to join various functions via our internship program

Astra Internship Fair (AIF):

1. Business Operations Intern
2. People Management Intern
3. Multimedia and Communication Intern
4. Legal Analyst Intern
5. Finance & Accounting Intern
6. Operational Excellence Intern
   

Internship Period: 

• Batch 5: February - June 2027 (Open Recruitment on December 2026 - January 2027)
• August - December 2027 (Open Recruitment on June - July 2027)

Magang Harmonika (Inclusive Internship Program for Individuals with Disabilities):

1. Administrator Intern
2. Copywriter Intern
3. Graphic Design Intern
4. Digital and Technology Intern

Internship Period:

• August - October 2027 (Open Recruitment on June 2027)

Placement will be aligned with the candidate's educational background, skills, interests, and current business needs.

1. Active university students.
2. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences & Humanities, Sciences, IT, Mathematics & Natural Sciences, Management, Statistics, Arts, Visual Communication Design, or other relevant fields.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
5. Possess good interpersonal skills, with strong learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Active involvement in organizations, projects, competitions, internships, or community initiatives is an advantage.
7. Willing to commit to the agreed internship period.
8. Willing to fully WFO and be placed according to business requirements and UT location.
