United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Lead and manage all spare parts business operations and inventory at branch to achieve targets and operational excellence.
2. Ensure the availability of parts to support customer operational needs.
3. Prepare and maintain parts demand planning including analysis, evaluation, recommendation, maintenance, and improvements to parts inventory levels through various distribution channels.
4. Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.
5. Analyze market trends to identify product support strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures of the parts department.

1. Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Parts Management, or Engineering-related role.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
5. Good business acumen with analytical and problem-solving ability.
6. Ability to communicate in English, verbally and written.
7. Willing to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
