United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Develop and support audit plans by defining audit objectives, scope, methodology, and sampling for operational, financial, and accounting areas.
2. Perform pre-audit and field audit activities.
3. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and adequacy of internal control systems, risk management, and corporate governance processes.
4. Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports, including findings, root cause, and practical improvement recommendations
5. Collaborate with auditees and related departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and agreed action plans.
6. Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and management's corrective actions.
7. Stay updated on internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

1. Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years experience in Internal/External Audit or Risk Management.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Finance.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Strong knowledge about auditing, finance, and risk management
5. High attention to detail is crucial, along with solid skills in analysis, time management, and interpersonal skills.
6. Willing to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
