United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Monitor, analyze, as well as review financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
2. Prepare and support General Ledger (GL), Trial Balance, and monthly financial closing processes.
3. Prepare consolidated financial reports for management and shareholders in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in accordance with PSAK and IFRS standards.
5. Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and audit data.
6. Identify accounting issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements.

1. Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting-related roles.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Strong understanding of PSAK and IFRS standards, as well as basic/advanced accounting principles.
6. Good analytical skills with high attention to detail.
7. Willing to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
