United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Implement accounting and cost control systems in accordance with company policies.
2. Prepare cost and financial reports, including consolidated reports.
3. Monitor cost realization and support cost control activities.
4. Support audit and financial analysis activities.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
   

1. Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Control-related roles.
2. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost control concepts.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6. Good analytical and communication skills.
7. High integrity, commitment, and willingness to learn.
8. Willing to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
