United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Support merger & acquisition activities, including due diligence coordination, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment recommendations.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and monitor business projects to support strategic decision-making.
3. Prepare and analyze financial outlook reports and performance summaries for management and stakeholders.
4. Monitor budget and prepare management reports on budget performance.
5. Develop presentation materials and analysis for shareholder meetings and special corporate reviews.
6. Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external partners on strategic projects.

1. Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Financial Analysis, Advisory, or Business Development.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or Business.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Strong skills in financial modelling, financial analysis and analytical thinking.
5. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
6. High integrity, discipline, and ability to work independently and in teams.
7. Willing to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
