United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Advise on product development and work methodology improvements for customer's business related to heavy equipment.
2. Conduct project feasibility studies, investment analysis, and performance evaluations based on field data and macroeconomic conditions.
3. Analyze heavy equipment operational data to drive cost efficiency and productivity improvements.
4. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and survey documentation to support customer projects.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on product development and application training.

1. Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer, Engineering Consultant, or Project Management.
2. Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Ability to speak English, spoken and written.
5. Previous experience in research management and data analysis, combined with strong engineering knowledge, is a plus.
6. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
7. Willing to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
