Intern, R2R-FC

We are looking for an Intern, R2R-FC to join us starting November or December 2026 for a 3–6 month internship.

He/She will be supporting the R2R-FC Manager in delivering the month-end close on time for the entities within the cluster. Under the guidance of the R2R-FC Manager, the Intern provides hands-on support across Month-End close monitoring, account reconciliation, open item monitoring, reporting package preparation, audit & compliance, tax accounting documentation - while building strong technical foundations and a service-oriented mindset. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in month-end closing activities, including close monitoring, status tracking, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and validation of journal entries, including the compilation of supporting documentation for recurring journals.
• Download and analyze open item aging reports, identify long-outstanding items, and assist in follow-up activities to support timely resolution.
• Prepare account reconciliation schedules and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing deliverables and presentation materials for pre-close meeting.
• Support the preparation of Balance Sheet Review (BSR) and Group reporting submission. Assist in audit, compliance, and internal control activities, including document consolidation, collection, and tracking.
• Support tax accounting activities by populating VAT/GST reconciliation templates and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Support Finance master data maintenance and related update requests.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses as required. 

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Experience: No prior experience required; internship or coursework exposure to accounting or reporting is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
