Job Description

Ensure industrial relations practices are aligned with Indonesian labor regulations, Company Regulations (PP)/Collective Labor Agreement (PKB), and internal company policies (IR Compliance).
Manage employee relations cases objectively, including fact-finding, investigation, documentation, analysis, recommendations, and facilitation of industrial dispute resolution (Employee Case Handling).
Oversee disciplinary actions, sanctions, and employment termination processes in accordance with applicable labor laws and company policies (Dispute Resolution).
Build and maintain constructive relationships with employees, labor unions, government labor authorities, and tripartite institutions (Employee Relations, Labour Relations, Tripartite Relations).
Monitor, analyze, and report industrial relations conditions, case trends, and potential risks across the organization.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Capital.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
Proven experience in handling employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and industrial dispute resolution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in preparing industrial relations documentation and using Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work objectively, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
