Job Description

Handle day-to-day HRGA operations and administration.
Manage employee data, attendance, leave, BPJS, and HR documentation.
Support Compensation & Benefit processes, including payroll data preparation, salary administration, and employee benefits.
Monitor attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
Manage General Affairs, including facilities, assets, vendors, and employee needs.
Support HRGA policies, SOP implementation, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare HRGA reports and support internal/external audits.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective HRGA services.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA, preferably with experience in manufacturing industry.
Having professional certification Human Resource / Capital by BNSP and relevant sertification.
Good understanding of HR Administration, Payroll, BPJS, Training, Industrial Relation, Legal, Security and General Affairs.
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compliance practices, PP/PKB, Employee Contract, Disciplinary Action, and Termination Process.
Having experience handling internal and external audit
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
Proficiency in HR Information System, SAP and analytical data tools.
Placement in Gorontalo
