- Update Employee Database & Organizational Structure.
- Monitoring Employee Absences.
- Overtime Submission Monitoring.
- Prepare Periodic Personnel Administration Reports.
- Prepare Salary Analysis and Overtime.
- Supervise the Processing of Payroll Data.
Qualification
- Male, with age between 25 - 35 years old.
- Min. 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law.
- Strong Leadership, Good Sense of Discipline, Loyal and has a High Integrity.
- Excellent Knowledge MS Office.
- Excellent Knowledge SAP Software more preferred.
- Ready to live on-site
