Update Employee Database & Organizational Structure.
Monitoring Employee Absences.
Overtime Submission Monitoring.
Prepare Periodic Personnel Administration Reports.
Prepare Salary Analysis and Overtime.
Supervise the Processing of Payroll Data.

Qualification

Male, with age between 25 - 35 years old.
Min. 3 years of experience in the same field.
Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law.
Strong Leadership, Good Sense of Discipline, Loyal and has a High Integrity.
Excellent Knowledge MS Office.
Excellent Knowledge SAP Software more preferred.
Ready to live on-site
