Job Description

Developing the annual budget
Planning and monitoring annual employee programs
Ensuring compliance with the organizational structure and succession plan
Implementing and monitoring employee development programs (soft skills and hard skills training)

Qualification

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or Law
At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant position.
Possess in-depth knowledge of Industrial Relations (labor regulations and their implementation).
Experienced in Compensation & Benefits, Organization & People Development, and Recruitment
Possess strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Have experience working in a food manufacturing company
