1. Employee administration (attendance, overtime, leave, employment contracts, training, MCU, personal file archiving)
2. Employee recruitment for the plant
3. Procuring goods according to general and SHE needs
4. Controlling permits, documents, and vendor management
5. Carrying out emergency response procedures
6. Supervising and administering plant domestic and hazardous (B3) waste
7. Supervising the implementation of OHS/K3 regulations in the plant
8. Conducting Safety Induction for new employees and guests
Qualification
1. Experienced as an HR Staff, with a strong understanding of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and its field implementation.
2. Experienced in handling workforce operations, general affairs, HRGA - SHE process workflows, and reporting.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledgeable in labor laws and compliant with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) & environmental regulations.
5. Proficient in SAP.
6. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
