Job Description

Ensure achievement of targets for RO, Calls, EC, AO, and overall sales turnover for motorized sales representatives
Conduct market visits and joint visits to improve team productivity
Develop and allocate sales routes based on area potential
Provide sales coaching to support team development
Ensure overall sales targets are consistently met
Ensure all programs are executed in line with company directives

Qualification

Male
Maximum age 30 years
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1)
Possesses strong sales, leadership, and communication skills
Understands the scope of the Consumer Goods industry
Proficient in using computers and skilled in processing sales data
Honest, disciplined, and responsible
