- Ensure achievement of targets for RO, Calls, EC, AO, and overall sales turnover for motorized sales representatives
- Conduct market visits and joint visits to improve team productivity
- Develop and allocate sales routes based on area potential
- Provide sales coaching to support team development
- Ensure overall sales targets are consistently met
- Ensure all programs are executed in line with company directives
Qualification
- Male
- Maximum age 30 years
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Possesses strong sales, leadership, and communication skills
- Understands the scope of the Consumer Goods industry
- Proficient in using computers and skilled in processing sales data
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
