Forklift Operator

Execute inbound, putaway, picking, and outbound activities for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) to support Finished Goods stock build-up at the Warehouse area.

Perform loading and unloading activities for materials and finished goods to and from transportation vehicles safely and efficiently.

Transfer and position materials across designated warehouse areas, including storage locations, loading docks, staging areas, and dispatch zones.

Ensure the accuracy of material quantities, product types, and movement destinations in accordance with supporting documents and warehouse procedures.

Verify that inbound and outbound material movements comply with relevant documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Delivery Notes, Stock Transfer Documents, and other applicable records.

Conduct pre-operational inspections of forklifts and reach trucks to ensure equipment is safe and fit for operation.

Immediately report equipment defects, malfunctions, or operational abnormalities to the Supervisor or Team Leader and refrain from using unsafe equipment.

Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) requirements.

Actively participate in AWG Team activities to support warehouse operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Prepare and verify daily warehouse operational data, including MIGO transactions, picking records, bin locations, SPB, MRS, and other relevant documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy for timely input by the Warehouse Administrator.

Hands-on experience operating forklifts and reach trucks for handling raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Possess a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO Forklift Class II).

Demonstrated ability to operate both 3-wheel and 4-wheel forklifts.

Proficient in operating an electric double-deep reach truck with a lifting height of up to 12 meters.

Familiarity with warehouse processes, including inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, and material transfer operations.

Good understanding of GMP, OHS, SHE, and safe material handling practices in a manufacturing environment.

Able to maintain material handling accuracy, follow warehouse documentation, and work in accordance with established SOPs.

Demonstrates safety awareness, discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing warehouse operations is preferred.

Willing to work according to warehouse operational schedules and peak-season requirements.
