Job Description
- Support business analysis activities, including gathering information, understanding business needs, and documenting requirements.
- Conduct basic data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Assist in organizing, analyzing, and maintaining data using Microsoft Excel.
- Explore and evaluate AI-powered tools to improve reporting, automation, knowledge management, and overall team efficiency.
- Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, documentation, and presentations to communicate key information and progress to stakeholders.
- Support the tracking of project activities, action items, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand operational challenges and support process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements
- Strong interest in technology, business processes, data analysis, and digital transformation.
- Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work with data, identify key findings, and present information clearly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools would be an added advantage.
