仕事内容
- Prepare delivery schedules based on PO, product availability, and delivery priorities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, PPIC, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for all product and material movements.
- Process administration for damaged product claims and product returns.
- Monitor delivery activities and minimize complaints from distributors, transporters, and Sales teams.
- Prepare monthly reports, DO filing, and records of damaged finished goods.
- Ensure distribution administration is accurate, complete, and on schedule.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (D3).
- Knowledge of distribution processes, product flow, and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and SAP.
- Good administrative and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic/passive English proficiency.
