Job Description

The C&P DBS Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering efficient and compliant procurement operations for Malaysia. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, procurement systems adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a seamless and value-driven procurement experience.

Ensure procurement policy compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
Support supplier management, onboarding, and contract sourcing and negotiation.
Act as the key liaison between Procurement, DBS, Finance, P2P, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
Monitor and drive contract coverage and procurement compliance requirements.
Promote adoption and effective use of procurement systems and tools.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and procurement transformation programs.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments.
Knowledge of contract management, supplier management, and procurement compliance.
Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, Zycus, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively across functions and support stakeholders across multiple markets.
