We are looking for a CFSC Manager who drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions, to accelerate commercial success for Nestlé and the Customer, that deliver a distinct competitive advantage relative to their key industry rivals by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing product availability.

A day in the life of a CFSC Manager

• Understand and raise awareness of the Customer's Supply Chain and its alignment to Nestle's Supply Chain.
• In partnership with Sales and Customer and across Supply Chain (Data Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Team, Distribution and Transport Team), define and lead a common customer strategy.
• Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams from concept creation to final delivery.Drive initiative for other business units to improve efficiency Order to Cash.
• Working with NCM team, define joint improvement plans with Customers to enhance Nestle's ability to "Win In Every Store" (WIES), supported by CFSC methodology.
• Drive successfully On Shelf Availability.                                     
• Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestle and Customers, creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation.
• Drive all the supply chain customer effeciency initiatives and represent Nestle at trade Supply Chain bodies.Demonstrate ability to build, develop and motivate a high-performing customer oriented team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Drive proactive communication through DOR, WOR & MOR with the team and encouragement of ongoing teamwork.
• Assign Mini Project (related to OMP) to CFSC and IA/LNA Executives as a platform to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Also conduct training to develop competency of team.Instill quality customer service to each CFSC and IA/LNA Order Mgmt team to ensure that the best service is provided/offered to customer.Strive for continuous improvement by nourishing NCE way of doing thing and implement Best Practices.

What will make you successful

• Worked 5 - 10 years in Supply Chain or Sales.
• Must have worked across two areas of Supply Chain including Customer Service.
• Has knowledge in finance including costing especially distribution costing and value chain.
• Has worked / been exposed to collaborative business development projects with the Trade (Retailer, Distributors etc) and Marketing / Sales.
• Has acquired Commercial and/or Supply Chain experience in dealing with the Trade.
• Has successfully lead projects and initiatives that require a Commercial and Supply Chain understanding and knowledge.
• Having worked / collaborated with Trade & Industry International Bodies is an added advantage.
