الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the procurement of goods and services, including supplier selection, in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulations.
- Review and align the specifications of goods and services required by the Company with operational needs and applicable standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, as well as conduct negotiations, in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Conduct supplier analysis and evaluation for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with applicable Company regulations and procurement policies.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Chinese Literature, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of procurement regulations and strong negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly for data processing and analysis.
