Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the procurement of goods and services, including supplier selection, in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulations.
Review and align the specifications of goods and services required by the Company with operational needs and applicable standards.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, as well as conduct negotiations, in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
Conduct supplier analysis and evaluation for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with applicable Company regulations and procurement policies.

Kualifikasi

Bachelors degree in Chinese Literature, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Good understanding of procurement regulations and strong negotiation skills.
Good understanding of supply chain processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly for data processing and analysis.
