Business Transformation Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to join our team and help us drive change and innovation across industries. You will be responsible to : -

• Support and drive complex business transformation initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business value creation.
• Identify and implement innovative methodologies, technologies, and best practices to enable continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Drive technical transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Agentic AI, automation, analytics, and Google-native technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support business transformation and process improvement projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, business requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, conduct root cause and gap analysis, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Identify, design, and implement AI, Agentic AI, automation, and digitization solutions using technologies such as RPA, workflows, OCR, AI-powered solutions, and Google Workspace tools.
• Leverage AI native platforms and tools to develop scalable and innovative business solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, root causes, and improvement areas, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, customer experience, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive change management and user adoption by engaging impacted stakeholders, addressing implementation challenges, and ensuring effective adoption of deployed solutions.
• Monitor solution performance, adoption, and business impact, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, clients, technology teams, and external partners to build alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present business cases, project updates, analytical insights, recommendations, and impact assessments to different stakeholder groups.
• Provide coaching and guidance to project team members on business transformation, Lean Six Sigma, analytics, AI/automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Stay current with emerging AI, Agentic AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation trends and identify opportunities to create additional value for clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, project management, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent process improvement experience.
• Strong experience in AI, automation, digitization, and digital transformation, with a particular interest or experience in Agentic AI.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI native platforms and tools, preferably Google-native tools such as Gemini, Gems, NotebookLM, Apps Script, and Workspace Studio.
• Experience with RPA, workflows, OCR, analytics, AI tools, and other technologies used for business process automation and digitization.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Strong project management, change management, facilitation, and implementation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes within challenging timelines.
