• Able to communicate in English actively is a must
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics projects. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. 
• Experience working with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Trading, Plantation, or FMCG industries.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, and project delivery.
• Exposure to analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or AWS Analytics solutions is preferred.
