Job Description

Managing Administration & Finance: Oversee the billing and collection processes at the branch, ensure accurate branch accounting records, and prepare as well as analyze budgeting and business planning.
Data & Operations: Manage and ensure the accuracy of branch master data, and ensure smooth warehouse and shipping administration.
General Affairs & Human Resources: Responsible for general affairs at the branch, including managing facilities and operational needs, and overseeing administrative aspects related to HR and personnel at the branch.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance Management, (minimum GPA of 3.00).
Maximum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Tax). Fresh Graduate are welcome
Proficient in MS Office.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Adaptive, proactive, innovative, and quick to learn.
Willing to be placed at any Astragraphia branch across Indonesia.
