职位描述

Perform administrative tasks and data entry related to production, receiving, and dispatch activities.
Enter and update production data in the company’s system while ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
Collect, process, and compile production data for reporting purposes.
Assist the Supervisor in preparing daily, monthly, and other reports related to Factory activities.
Record and monitor stock levels and assist in conducting periodic stock opname.

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP proficiency is an added advantage.
Physically and mentally fit.
Good administrative and data processing skills.
Proficient in basic computer operations and office applications.
