الوصف الوظيفي
- Recording, reviewing, and verifying operational expenses based on SOP
- Reviewing, verifying, and controlling claims and returns expenses, as well as preparing tax invoices based on SOP
- Preparing journals and financial reports, and conducting expense reconciliation
- Controlling incoming funds and recording every transaction
- Processing payments
- Controlling document in/out and performing document filing based on filing standards
- Conducting stock opname (inventory checking)
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Tax Accounting (Non-Education Major)
- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel is preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Willing to be placed at Cirebon Factory
