The Account Supervisor Development Program prepares employees for the Account Supervisor role, focusing on team leadership, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Planning & Budgeting: Analyze market needs, develop sales plans and budgets, and drive team performance to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer complaint handling, customer relationship management, and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Internal Process: Ensure effective and compliant sales operations and administration, driving continuous process improvement.
• Learning & Growth: Lead, coach, and evaluate team members to strengthen competencies, productivity, and performance.
  

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in any major.
• Candidates with marketing experience are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be placed at any branch across Jakarta, Sumatra, Java, Bali, and Kalimantan.
• Actively involved in organizational or community activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
