Qualification : 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  
• 2+ years of experience in retail marketing, brand activation, or related roles within lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG industries
• Experience in executing store-leve; activations, event, and working closely with sales or retail operation teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and passionate aboute creating meaningful retail and customer experiences
• Strong project management skills, able to balance creative ideas with business goals and timelines
• Confident in managing budgets and evaluating campaign performance through data and reporting
• Comfortable collaborating across teams including creative, sales, operations, and digital marketing
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
