On Projob you do not write a CV from scratch. Fill in your profile once as structured data — the Projob engine builds a PDF resume automatically, and ProMatch uses the same data to match you with vacancy requirements.
Your resume and your ProMatch score are read from the same profile data, so whatever you update in your profile shows up in both.
Complete the 7-page profile: personal data, education, experience, skills & languages, career interests, documents, and Career Direction & psychometric test.
Every entry is stored as its own field — education level & major, years of experience, skill list, languages, location — not just free text.
When you apply, choose “Generated by ProMatch”: a PDF resume is built from your profile with the template you pick.
The same data is compared with the vacancy requirements: education, experience, skills (including mandatory skills), languages, field and location.
You see which requirements are not met yet, with links to fix them; employers see the score and the applicant ranking.
Profile completeness is calculated per page. The automatic resume can be generated once your profile is at least 85% complete.

Professional Classic, Modern Minimalist, Creative, Executive Summary and Technical / IT Focus. The content is the same; only the layout and colours differ.
Age, gender, religion, marital status, identity documents and psychometric test results are not printed on the generated resume.
The generated resume is saved to your resume list and attached to your application. The file can only be opened by you and by the employer receiving your application. You can still upload your own CV (PDF/TXT) or reuse one you uploaded before.
Updating your profile after applying is normal — and encouraged. Here is what employers see:
When opening your application, employers see your latest profile — whether in the employer portal or from the profile link in the application email. Improvements you make today are read right away, and employers can also open the version at the time you applied to compare.
The resume PDF you chose when applying stays attached to that application. The attachment in the application email is a copy taken when the application was sent, so the employer knows exactly which document you submitted.
When an employer refreshes the ProMatch assessment, your latest profile is used — completing your profile can raise your match on applications already sent.
ProMatch is an automatic match score between your profile and the vacancy requirements, calculated with the same rules for everyone. It is a decision aid — the final decision stays with the employer.
Work experience and education (high weight); skills & languages and field fit from Career Direction (medium); GPA, location and profile completeness (low).
Age, gender, religion, ethnicity, marital status, photo, identity documents and psychometric test results.
Requirements the employer left empty are not assessed — neither passed nor failed. If too few can be assessed, the result is “Insufficient vacancy data”.
A score of 70% or more means a match with the vacancy requirements. Scores are recalculated when the scoring rules change, and employers can recalculate their applicants’ scores.
The full scoring details are on the How ProMatch Works page.
