1About This Notice
This notice explains how PT Profesional Job Indonesia ("Projob.id", "we") processes your data when you take a psychological test on member.projob.id or m.projob.id. It supplements our Privacy Policy. For the matters it covers, this notice prevails.
Projob.id psychological tests measure cognitive ability, work style, and personality to help you understand your strengths and career direction. Taking a test is voluntary. You can use all other Projob.id services without it.
2Nature of the Data and Explicit Consent
Test answers and results describe your abilities and personality. We therefore treat them as equivalent to specific personal data under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the "PDP Law"), with additional safeguards.
The legal basis is your explicit consent. Before each test session is created, you read how the test works and how your data is used, then tick a consent box. Without that consent the test does not start. The time of your consent is recorded.
3Data We Process
- Test sessions: the test package, start and finish times, time spent on each subtest, session status (completed or abandoned), and a note when the test window loses focus, for example if you switch tabs. This note is used as a test-integrity signal.
- Answers: the option you choose for each question.
- Results: scores per subtest and aspect, comparison with a norm group, narrative descriptions, recommendations, and PDF reports. Results come at a basic level (summary) or an advanced level (full result).
- Entitlements: your test and result-unlock quota, its source (membership tier, event, voucher, or purchase), voucher codes, and validity.
- Sharing permissions: the applications and companies you allowed to see your result, and when permission was granted and revoked.
- Access logs: who opened or downloaded your result (you, a company, or staff), when, IP address, and browser type.
- Payments: if you buy a test package or a result unlock, transaction data is processed under our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
4Purposes
- running the test, scoring it, and preparing your result report;
- sharing results with companies, only if you choose to (section 5);
- managing quotas, waiting periods between tests, vouchers, and purchases;
- protecting test integrity and security;
- maintaining test quality, such as building norms and analysing test items. For this we use aggregated data or data that no longer identifies you;
- meeting legal obligations.
Test results are currently not used to calculate ProMatch or the Field Direction Score, and are never used for advertising. If test results are ever used in automated scoring, we will ask for your separate consent.
5Who Can See Your Results

Once a company opens or downloads your result, it becomes a separate controller of that copy. It must use it only to assess your application, keep it confidential, and never use it to discriminate.
6Results Are Not a Clinical Diagnosis
Projob.id psychological tests are tools for career development and job selection. Results are not a psychological or medical diagnosis and do not replace an assessment by a psychologist or health professional. Results can be affected by your circumstances while testing, such as fatigue, distractions, or your internet connection. They should therefore not be the only basis for any decision, by you or by a company.
7Quotas, Waiting Periods, and Validity
- Test quota may come from your membership tier, a purchase, a voucher, or an event. Event quota remains valid for a set number of days after the event ends (30 days by default, as configured for the event).
- To keep results reliable, there is a waiting period before you can retake the same test package (30 days by default).
8Retention

9Exporting Your Test Data
In the Psychological Test menu, request a copy of your data. We prepare a ZIP archive, usually within minutes, and email a download link to your account address. The link is valid for 7 days. The archive contains:
- your session history, results, sharing permissions, and entitlements in JSON format;
- your answers as question numbers and option numbers. Question text is not included because it is part of the test instrument;
- PDF reports of your results;
- a README file explaining every file.
10Revoking Permission and Deleting Data
Revoking sharing permission: in the Psychological Test menu, open your sharing permissions and choose revoke. From then on the company can no longer open your result through Projob.id. Any copy the company has already downloaded is that company's responsibility.
Deleting your test data: in the Psychological Test menu, request deletion. We send a confirmation to your email. Deletion runs after a 7-day grace period, during which you can cancel it. When deletion runs:
- deleted: answers, stored PDF reports, all sharing permissions, and export archives;
- anonymised: results and session history, so they are no longer linked to you. This anonymous data may still be used for statistics and norm maintenance;
- kept without voucher codes and reference numbers: records of the quota you received, so free quota cannot be claimed repeatedly;
- notice: companies that still hold a permission are told that their access is closed and are asked to destroy any copies they downloaded.
Deleting your test data does not delete your Projob.id account. To delete your account, contact us through the Projob Support Form.
11Withdrawing Consent and Objecting
You can withdraw consent at any time by revoking sharing permissions or deleting your test data. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. If you object to how your results are processed or used, for example by a company, or want to see the log of who opened your results, send a request through the Projob Support Form. We will respond no later than 3 x 24 hours after we receive your complete request. Your other rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
12Security
- Results and reports have no public address and can be opened only after signing in to an authorised account.
- PDF reports and export archives are stored encrypted. Download links use random codes that are stored only as hashes.
- Every view and download of your result by a company is logged.
13Age
Psychological tests are only for users aged 18 and over.
14Changes and Contact
We may update this notice. For material changes, we will tell you before they take effect and, where needed, ask for new consent before your next test. Questions and requests; general support: Projob Support Form.
This notice is issued in Indonesian and English. If there is any difference, the Indonesian version prevails.
