Partners help people find work without holding their personal data, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law.
Participants appear as initials, city and education, on screen and in downloads. Recruitment results are anonymous; groups of fewer than three people are merged.
Messages go through ProJOB.id to the participant’s inbox and email, and to WhatsApp or Telegram if they allow it. No links or contact numbers, with daily limits so it never becomes spam.
