Projob started with one simple question from job seekers: “Where is my application now?” On Projob you apply from one place, and every application is recorded — where it went, how many you have sent, and how the company responded.
Looking for work often means sending dozens of applications to many places — websites, email, forms and chat groups. Once sent, most of them disappear without a word. You do not know which were opened, which are being processed, and which you should stop waiting for.
Projob was built to change that. One profile, one place to apply, one application history. Every application you send through Projob has a status you can follow, and every status change is reported back to you.
From there Projob grew into an ecosystem: companies manage applicants in an orderly way, and partners — campuses, communities, industrial estates and job fair organisers — bring vacancies and events closer to you.
Projob is your application manager: no more applications that vanish without a reply.
The principle we have held since day oneThe status changes as the company processes your application. Every change is recorded with its time, and you are notified in your Projob inbox and by email.
Your application reaches the company, together with your resume and cover letter.
The company is reviewing or screening your application.
An interview invitation with the date, time, and a venue or online link.
You passed the selection; the company is preparing your start.
Congratulations — you are starting your career at a new workplace.
When the company gives a reason, you see it too — so you know what to improve.
Some vacancies only accept applications by email. Projob still sends yours and records what happens next.
Projob sends the application email as “Your Name via Projob” with your resume, cover letter and a link to your profile. The company’s reply goes straight to your own email.
In your Sent Items you see a copy of the application email and its status: not opened yet, opened by the company, waiting for the daily summary, or not sent and why.
The company just presses “Accept – Proceed to Call” or “Reject” in the email — no account needed. The decision becomes your application status, and you are notified.
Vacancies we collect from companies’ official career sites are applied for on the original site. Those applications are not in your Projob history yet. For companies with a Projob account, a “read” status is not shown yet — what you see is the processing status.
Fill in the 7-page profile once; Projob builds a PDF resume from your structured data, with five templates to choose from.
