This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies used by PT Profesional Job Indonesia ("Projob.id", "we") on projob.id, member.projob.id, m.projob.id, employer.projob.id, and partner.projob.id. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
2What Cookies and Local Storage Are
Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a site. They help the site remember that you are signed in, your language, or other settings. Local storage (localStorage) and service workers keep similar data in your browser, such as display settings or copies of pages so the app still opens on a weak connection.
Some cookies apply to the whole .projob.id domain, so signing in on projob.id also signs you in on member.projob.id. Other cookies apply to one subdomain only.
3Cookie Categories
- Essential — needed for the service to work securely, such as sign-in sessions, form protection, and storing your cookie choices. Always on; they cannot be switched off in the banner.
- Functional — remember your choices, such as language and theme, or record the source of an event invitation link. Not used for advertising.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site. They run only if you accept them. Currently not active.
- Marketing — for targeted advertising and promotion. Projob.id currently sets no marketing cookies. If they are used in future, they will run only after you accept them.
Our cookie banner offers Accept All, Essential Only, and Manage for the Analytics and Marketing categories. Until you choose, we treat you as not consenting to analytics and marketing.

4.3Analytics Cookies
No analytics cookies are currently active. If we enable Google Analytics 4, its script will load only after you accept the Analytics category. Google may then set cookies such as _ga and _ga_[ID] for up to 2 years. Analytics data is processed by Google outside Indonesia. We will update this table before analytics is switched on.
We also keep server-side visit statistics, such as IP address, approximate region, browser type, and pages viewed. This does not use cookies and is described in our Privacy Policy.

6Third-Party Services on Our Pages
- Sign in with Google — when you choose to sign in with Google, you are sent to Google's pages. Cookies on Google's domain are governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA — used on certain pages to prevent abuse by bots (see table 4.1).
- Support chat (Liqaa) — the chat window in the page corner is loaded from the Liqaa service. It may store data in your browser to keep the conversation connected. If you are signed in, your name, email, and user number are sent so the support team can recognise you.
- Payment gateways — the payment provider's pages may set cookies on their own domain.
7Managing and Withdrawing Consent
- In the banner: on your first visit, choose Accept All, Essential Only, or Manage. Your choice applies across all projob.id subdomains.
- Changing your choice: reopen the settings panel through the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, delete the projob_cookie_consent cookie in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If essential cookies are blocked, you will not be able to sign in or submit forms.
- PWA: clear site data for m.projob.id or remove the app from your home screen to delete its cache and service worker.
If you withdraw analytics consent, scripts already loaded stop completely once the page is reloaded. If you are signed in, changes to your cookie choices are recorded as proof of consent or refusal. Choices of visitors who are not signed in are stored only in their own browser.
8Changes to This Policy
We update this Cookie Policy when we add cookies or change their purpose. If we add a category that requires consent, the banner will ask for your choice again.
